This pandemic has got us all sitting at home, with nowhere to go. Students can’t go to schools and colleges, and people who have jobs cannot step out of their houses to their workplaces. But still, we all have coped up, and with the help of the Internet; we have our classes and jobs going on without any stop to them.
Even though people are going out, but malls, clubs, schools, colleges, and all the workplaces are still locked-up because there are higher chances of getting all cooped up. We can’t make that happen because the main thing that we need to take care of is social distancing.
These are some ways the Internet helped us to get through this global outbreak:
- With the help of the Internet, all the students around the world, whether they are in colleges or schools or even they were having some diploma courses, can resume the classes they were taking. This has helped them to be in touch with their studies.
- Teachers are giving their best to educating the children by learning the new technology. Not all teachers were aware of the benefit of the Internet that they can teach people and be confident enough to handle the number of students in online classes.
- The people who are currently doing the jobs are able to conduct meetings through the various applications, and they have continued their work. This has made them have they are earning at times, and even the companies have seen the positive effect of not letting the company go on loss.
- Some people who got stuck in the cities they were living in because their jobs cannot come to their hometown to meet their families. If there were no internet, they wouldn’t have seen the beautiful faces of their parents and their other family members, including their close friends.
- It is really risky to step out of the houses to get the groceries also. There are so many applications that help people get the essentials at your door-step. There have been no cases informed from the contact of a person you delivered the products to you neither by the newspaper vendors. So if you were afraid of ordering the products from the grocery stores, then you can let go of that hesitation and call them up for the best services.
- Many people wanted to give some time to their extra-curricular activities that they were procrastinating by saying that they don’t have enough time for them. Those people are able to learn those new things with the help of tutorials that are present on YouTube, or they can also join classes with the teachers that are giving you the facility of the activity.
The Internet is, for sure, a boon for all of us if we use it in the correct way. If there were no internet, then all of us would have been feeling left out of the experiences that are keeping us sane.
